第690回例会レポート #690 TMOD Meeting Report
690回の例会は5月4日（土）、平沼記念レストハウスで開催されました。10連休中にもかかわらず20数名のメンバー＋ゲストが参加しました。新年号、令和の最初の例会です。TM Aから本日のWord of the Dayは「Drive」であることが発表されました。本日のテーマは「The first meeting in Reiwa era」、テーマに関連した質問は「What small habits do you want to start in Reiwa era?」でした。
The 690 the regular meeting was held at Heiwa-Kinen Rest House on May 4th (Saturday). Twenty plus members and guests attended the meeting in spite of ten days of consecutive holidays. This is the first meeting in REIWA era. TM O announced that today’s Word of the Day is “Drive”. The theme of the meeting was “The first meeting in Reiwa era” and the related question was “What small habits do you want to start in Reiwa?”
各Role Takerからは早起き、運動（頭、身体）、断食、日記、ピアノなどの回答が寄せられました。TM Oのテーブルトピックセッションでは２者択一の問題が出されました。最後はTM Fへの恋愛関連の質問で会場が笑いに包まれました。
Each role taker answered the question such as “Becoming early Riser” “Mental / Physical Exercise” “Keeping Diary” and “Playing Piano.” For Table Topic session, TM O asked two-alternative questions. The session was ended in laughter with the last question related to love to TM F.
スピーチセッションでは、残念ながらTM M が会社の突発事故で欠席。3名のスピーチになりました。TM K が「状況に応じたリーダーシップ」TM I が「ウイスキーを楽しもう」TM O が「ソバが私を救う」でした。各スピーチともに自らの経験や出来事に基づいた内容で、楽しく聞くことができ、また勉強になりました。
In the prepared speech session, unfortunately, TM M is absent due to an accident of his company Total 3 members made their speeches. TM K’s speech was “Situational Leadership.” TM I’s was “Enjoy Whiskey” TM O’s was “Soba save me”. All the speeches were fun, interesting and educational.
Evaluationセッションでは、TM HがGeneral Evaluatorを務めました。ゲストのTM Oを含むEvaluator 4名はそれぞれの視点から、各スピーチに対する的確な評価を行いました。最後にビジネスセッションではPresidentのTM Fから次のオフィサー候補と投票に関するお知らせがありました。
At the Evaluation Session, TM H was the General Evaluator. The four evaluators, including guest TM O, made an accurate evaluation of each speech from their respective perspectives.
Finally, in the business session, President F announced the next officer candidates and how to vote.
はじめてTMODをさせてもらいましたが、各メンバーの協力を頂き楽しく役目を果たすことができました。ありがとうございました。
For the first time I did TMOD, but I was able to fulfill my role with the cooperation of each member. Thank you very much.
